Reminder System

Vogue Medical is committed to preventative care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. There are also Federal and State registers and reminder systems for certain conditions/prevention activities. If you do not wish to be part of this system, please advise the reception staff.

Recall System

It is practice policy that test reports will not be given out over the telephone or email. We do this to protect each patient’s privacy. Should a doctor wish to discuss results with you, the practice will send a recall using Hotdoc recall system through SMS, to notify patient to arrange a follow up appointment, or as a patient you may request an appointment to discuss any results with the doctor.
